Seasonal Events provide a special opportunity to win exclusive Vanity Items! Seasonal Events have a special theme, and you can look forward to a new one roughly every month. Participate in each one to amass an awesome collection of Vanity Items!

Each group of Seasonal Events also includes an assortment of other valuable rewards, like Supply Crates, Gold, Premium Keys, Speed Ups, and more! We’ll cover all you need to know about Seasonal Events in this Overview to ensure that you’re ready to cash in on everything they have to offer each time they come around.

Important Note: Seasonal Events detailed in this guide are not associated with War For Eos Seasons, which are primarily focused on new game content (like the new Heroes in War For Eos Season 2) - Seasonal Events run for 8 days, and occur more frequently than War For Eos Seasons.

What are Seasonal Events?

Seasonal Events are a group of Events that are tied together by a specific theme, and each group of Seasonal Events will provide the chance to earn exclusive Vanity Items associated with that theme! We’ll use the Carnival Seasonal Events as a reference throughout this Overview to help break things down - it’s the very first one that each Realm sees, and will occasionally be re-run.

Every time a new group of Seasonal Events begins, you’ll see a Prize Overview Event - this Event does not have any completable objectives, but gives you a quick glance at every Vanity Item that can be earned from active Seasonal Events and Sales. Seasonal Events typically come with the following Vanity Rewards:

• Permanent Avatar Frame
• Permanent March Skin
• Citadel Skin (Permanent, lesser Bonus - earned in Battle Pass Ultimate Tier Rewards or Daily Competition Rewards)
• Citadel Skin (Permanent, greater Bonus - earned in Battle Pass or Daily Competition Leaderboard)

Some Seasonal Events also offer Cosmetic Buildings, Battle Effects, or Avatar Portraits!

Seasonal Events Breakdown

Battle Pass Events

Most Seasonal Events will include a Battle Pass Event, and completing this Event requires you to collect special Items from other Seasonal Events!

The Battle Pass Event screen is where you will use your Battle Pass Items to increase its Level and earn your rewards. Use this screen to reference your Level, all of the rewards that can be earned at each Level, and Battle Pass Leaderboard Ranks and Rewards! In this example, Fireworks is the Item needed to complete the Battle Pass.

There are three columns of Rewards available for each Battle Pass. The left column indicates all of the Rewards that can be earned for Free, the middle column indicates all of the Rewards that can be earned when you purchase a Premium Battle Pass, and the right column indicates all of the Rewards that can be earned when you purchase an Ultimate Battle Pass. Tap on ‘Show More’ to bring the Rewards section up higher, allowing you to scroll through and view your Battle Pass’ rewards more easily.

Tap on the Leaderboard Trophy Icon to view the Leaderboard for this Event - this is where you can win the ultimate Battle Pass Prize! In this example, the Grand Prize is the Grand Carnival Citadel (Permanent) Skin, providing a +2% Troop Training Speed bonus!

Seasonal Events that do not include a Battle Pass will have their Citadel Skin Prizes in the Daily Competition Event, instead.

Daily Challenge Events

All Seasonal Events come with a series of Daily Challenges that will reward you with Battle Pass Items (if applicable) and other goodies!

Each day, you’ll be tasked with a new group of objectives - complete them to earn points and unlock Daily Challenge Chests! Once you’ve accrued enough points, you can tap on each individual Daily Challenge Chest to open it and claim its rewards. Toggle between each Day and each individual objective to view and track your progress.

Daily Challenges have new objectives each day, but you are not required to complete them on that specific day - you can toggle between each day and complete all of the objectives required in a Daily Challenge Event at any time while the Event is active.

Tip: Tap on the ‘i’ in the top left corner of this Event screen and view the ‘Instructions’ tab to preview all of the objectives that you’ll be tasked with - you can prepare for upcoming objectives before they’re unlocked!

Daily Competition Events

All Seasonal Events also come with a series of Daily Competition Events - these are similar to Daily Challenge Events, but with a competitive Leaderboard that pits you against all other players in your Realm!

You’ll be tasked with a single objective each day during a Daily Competition Event - complete that objective to earn points, which will complete Milestones that reward you with Battle Pass Items and other helpful stuff! 

Daily Competitions have a new objective each day, and you are required to complete them on that specific day. Once a Daily Competition Day has ended, you will no longer be able to earn those Rewards or climb the Leaderboard using that day’s objective.

The Leaderboard for Daily Competition Events is where you can earn some serious Rewards! Tap on the Leaderboard Trophy Icon to view the Leaderboard - you’ll find that this Leaderboard is a bit more complex than the Battle Pass Leaderboard, with Leaderboards for each individual Stage (Day) and for the entire Daily Competition Event. You can view your Rank and Rewards for each individual Stage and for the entire Event here.   For Seasonal Events that do not include a Battle Pass, you’ll find the grand prize in the Daily Competition Event Leaderboard → Rewards → Event Rank.

Item Collection Events

When your Seasonal Events include a Battle Pass, you’ll also see a bonus Item Collection Event! This simple Bonus Event will provide an assortment of objectives that all have a chance to reward you with the Battle Pass Item needed for your Battle Pass!

There are no points or tracking for this Event - simply complete any of the listed objectives and you’ll have a chance to be rewarded with the Battle Pass item (Fireworks in this case) each time you perform that action!

Final Note

Seasonal Events are a great opportunity to cash in on valuable Rewards as you perform tasks that are typical to your day to day in Eos! Remember that while you’re in-game, there is usually additional information available when you tap on the ‘i’ button - when in doubt, always tap the ‘i’!
