Strategy and Usage
In Marches, Noctis provides benefits to Infantry Troops and increased Energy Gathering Speed. Noctis’ Infantry benefits increase when you upgrade a Skill, and Energy Gathering Speed increases when you increase his Star Rank. Use him when you want your Infantry to shine, or when you’re in need of additional Energy!
In Party Encounters, Noctis is an agile Attacker Hero that specializes in Elemental effects. His ability to inflict large bursts of damage with a respectable Max Health and high Evasion make him a valuable Hero to place on your front line!
- The Warp-Strike Technique provides versatile combat options; it can be used to quickly strike multiple enemies, or used as a defensive maneuver when an enemy is using a dangerous ability. As his Skills are upgraded, they start to offer some awesome synergy! If Noctis can score Critical Hit(s) with Warp-Strike after an enemy has been Burnt, Shocked, or Frozen by Power of Kings, Engine Blade’s properties become much more lethal.
- The Armiger Chain Limit Break can deal a massive amount of key damage when used at the perfect moment; all Party Heroes will focus on a single target together and deal increased damage. This is quite valuable in Boss Fights, but it can also be used at the start of a second wave of enemies to quickly strike down a fresh opponent. As with any Limit Break, save it and use it when the time is right!
- Noctis’ ability to inflict Negative Elemental Status Effects and increase his Party’s Critical Chance against targets suffering from those Effects offers great synergy with other Elemental and Critical Hit based Heroes. For example, Ignis’ Mark Technique drastically reduces an enemy’s Critical Avoid, making it easier for Noctis’ Warp-Strike to score Critical Hits.
